Many of us have meditated for many lives and have developed a sensitivity towards our environment. We go out in public and take on the energy that surrounds us and can make us feel uncomfortable. That is why we need to take extra measures to deal with this. Unlike the common person that is not as sensitive, we need to exercise our bodies, meditate deeply, have a positive attitude and study the mystical paths.
