  1. wonderful webinar, thank you, just realized with regards to assignment of writing down three things that need to be done and the 3 things with each I will do to accomplishe each (in my email I did forget the second part, but will have all three emailed tasks finished today), this exercise does help the self esteem in unloading the baggage of having to hold in mind this “to-do-list”, a lifting of spirit once the task is unloaded.
